## Tools
- vehicle_recalls (free): FREE. Open NHTSA safety recalls for a vehicle by VIN (decoded) or make/model/year — top 3.
- vehicle_report (Pro): PRO. Full report: VIN decode, every recall with consequence/remedy, and owner complaint stats (top failing components, crashes, fires).
- batch_vins (Pro): PRO. Check up to 25 VINs (dealer stock, fleet, auction lots) for open recalls by model year.

## Buying (agents)
1. POST https://us-vehicle-recalls-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/checkout -> {checkout_url, session_id}. A human (or a payment-capable agent) completes Stripe Checkout at checkout_url.
2. GET https://us-vehicle-recalls-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/token?session_id=... -> {access_token}.
3. Send Authorization: Bearer <access_token> to https://us-vehicle-recalls-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/mcp (or pass access_token in tool arguments).
